Water and Sanitation Utilities Development Training
Overview
This library provides USAID missions and clients with training materials on corporatization approaches and tools to help improve utility performance. A presentation on Good Practices in Public Water Utility Corporatization summarizes the principles and mechanisms associated with successful corporatization. The presentation is informed by case studies of utilities that have undergone corporatization and appear to be on a path to sustainable improvement. Documents that can serve as instruments in structuring a specific corporatization and might be tailored by other countries engaging in corporatization are included as references.
